Advanced Pediatric Associates is looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. With offices in Aurora, Centennial, and Parker, we have over 50 years of experience providing quality pediatric care in the community.

The Clinical Manager is an on-site position and is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the Advanced Pediatric Associates telephone triage and referral departments. This position provides leadership in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures and provides oversight of clinical operations. The Clinical Nurse Manager consistently promotes a positive work environment and ensures high-quality customer service by being visible and available to all staff and patients. 

Clinical Nurse Manager Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Salary is commensurate with experience. 

Role functions include:

·         Demonstrates a high level of integrity and willingly takes on new challenges

·         Responsible for managing a team of 8-10 employees, including the nurse triage and referral departments 

·         Works closely with office managers to assist with education and training of clinical support staff to ensure consistency throughout all offices

·         Responsible for the development and training of emergency procedure protocols and training

·         Responsible for establishing and communicating infection control guidelines, CLIA, OSHA, and CDC updates

·         Serves as a member of the APA Clinical Committee 

·         Oversees QI projects and provides training, implementation, and documentation of QI projects

·         Organizes and conducts regular department staff meetings

·         Practices excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers and responds in a timely manner to staff and patient concerns

·         Participates in recruitment, hiring, and training to maintain adequate staffing levels
