Difficult situations can be the breaking point for many practices. What can you do to prepare for having a conversation with a staff member that is getting patient complaints? Or what if it’s a physician or provider that is creating the situation? Also understanding when the conversation needs to turn to disciplinary action can mean the difference between saving a relationship or burning a bridge. In this presentation we will :
