Metrics and Tools to Track Denial Management

    ABOUT THE WEBINAR:

Managing denials is an important task to prioritize, but it can be challenging to effectively manage denials on top of handling various day-to-day tasks in your practice. According to industry sources, each denied claim costs about $25 to rework and 65% of denied claims are never resubmitted. Understanding the metrics and tools to better manage your denials is key to staying on top of denials and keeping clean claims top of mind. Join Todd Riendeau, Sr. Solutions Manager, and Kathleen Moritz, Expert Solutions Specialist as they present a comprehensive overview of denial management and will review high-performing tools to help your team efficiently work through claims.

Bring Your Own Data in US Healthcare

    Speaker: Sean O'Malley

Sean O'Malley of Monocle Insights (MI) is thrilled to discuss the topic of “Bring Your Own Data in US Healthcare” with the group, with particular interest in hearing member’s personally relevant experiences in the Q&A portion of the talk. At MI, we have recognized a paradox in US healthcare. The industry produces petabytes of data every single day, yet those looking to make strategic decisions, quantify the impact of change or implement innovation are left grasping, waiting and compromising in their pursuit of the data they need to do their jobs well.

Every major vertical in healthcare struggles with this problem in different ways, yet each can be helped greatly by an active BYOD strategy and cutting edge partnerships in the space.

    Speaker: Sean O'Malley

    About our Speaker:

Sean has been classically trained and has spent the majority of his career in the application of behavioral economics at scale, helping to identify patterns and nudge people to make better decisions. Initially in digital advertising, followed by a series of public health projects throughout South America. Sean then helped start and lead the data science team at Centura Health, operationalizing critical algorithms in everything from epidemiology and HRO, to executive innovation and supply chain.
